Who we are
The business behind Claim Sale, its ABN and a contact address are not on this page yet. These terms stay a draft until they are.
The sale on this page is pretend
Nothing on the wall is for sale. The pieces and prices are made up, claiming one reserves nothing, and nothing is ever charged.
The pictures of the app
They show the app with sample sales. The app is still being built, so what it does when it opens may be different.
The beta list
- Joining is free. It puts your address down for one email, when Claim Sale opens.
- Add only an email address that is yours.
- A place on the list doesn’t promise a place in the beta, and the beta may change, pause or end.
- You can leave any time. Our privacy page says what we keep and how.
Using the site
Use it lawfully. Don’t try to break it, overload it, or get around its limits.
Your rights stay yours
We provide this site as it is, and we can change it or take it down. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
